Deutsche Telekom recognized this issue, which is why they chose to deliver a powerful message this Christmas. We used a simple metaphor—snow globes—to represent polarization. Inside these bubbles, we told the fairytale story of two elves whose unexpected friendship and courage inspired all of Europe to connect.
